Set in 5 acres of secluded gardens including 2 well stocked duck and fish ponds and a bluebell wood. Historically the stable blocks to The Old Rectory, the cottages have been recently refurbished to provide luxury holiday accommodation for up to 23 plus cots and are suitable for all types of holiday or short break, catering for everything from romantic weekends to family holidays.
All are fully equipped and furnished to the highest standard and operate on an ‘all inclusive basis’ i.e., no additional charges are made for electricity, heating oil, logs / firelighters, summer barbeque charcoal or duck feed.

Each cottage is unique in layout and has been thoughtfully designed, equipped and furnished to enable guests to feel immediately at home, comfortable and ready to enjoy your stay in North Devon.
