Log burning fires in the living area, with the exception of The Tythe Barn, with logs, kindling wood and firelighters supplied

Spotless tiled bathroom with bath incorporating shower, shaving point, radiator and heated towel rail

Luxurious restful bedrooms with reading lamps and clock radio

Crisp white linen and fluffy towels

LITTLE NYMET - SLEEPS TWO PLUS COT

Perfect for romantic getaways, this spacious cottage has a galleried double bedroom with en-suite bathroom overlooking the church spire and is complemented by a full surroud sound entertainment system. This cottage can interlink with Nymet Mews for larger family accommodation, perhaps for the extended family who like to close the door, occassionally!!

WOODLANDS - SLEEPS FOUR PLUS COTS

With far reaching views across the Devon countryside, situated on the edge of our small wood, the cottage has a large sociable open plan kitchen, living and dining space with much thought given to the requirements of the discerning guest. Stable doors open onto a private slate flagged terrance opposite the duck ponds. Upstairs via the oak staircase into a suite of rooms featuring a king size bed and two singles. The master room is dominated by a magnificent, full length glass gable end window. There is ample room for cots.

CHESTNUTS - SLEEPS FOUR PLUS COTS

A roomy traditional cottage with large twin and double bedrooms. Downstairs a seperate double aspect lounge with spacious dining kitchen with excellent views across the gardens and ponds

HAWTHORNES - SLEEPS FOUR PLS COT

All on a single level, Hawthorns is ideal for guests with a young family or limited mobility. The sleeping accommodation consists of a large double bedroom with the second bedroom having bunk beds. The open plan kitchen, living and dining space benefits from large patio doors opening on to a terrace overlooking the gardens.

THE ANNEXE - SLEEPS FOUR PLUS COT

A former part of the historic Old Rectory, thought to be at least 350 years old, the Annexe offers a luxurious living with surround sound entertainment system. From the lounge, french windows lead onto a private slated terrace overlooking part of the formal gardens. A spiral staircase leads to the double and twin family suite. Please note that as you have to walk throught the first bedroom to reach the second, this cottage would perhaps not be suitable for two couples!

NYMET MEWS - SLEEPS FIVE PLUS COTS

With double and triple bedrooms, this large open plan cottage is the ideal base for family or larger groups. The living area is spacious, sociable and airy with the dining table extending to seat eight. Downstairs can be interconnected to Little Nymet to provide larger self contained accommodation for seven guests.

THE TYTHE BARN - SLEEPS SEVEN PLUS COTS

Our newest cottage and flagship, the converted 16th century barn has spacious open plan living areas with the benefit of a utility room. A large downstairs bedroom with king size bed adjacent to the wet room would suit guests with limited mobility whilst upstairs a double and spacious triple bedroom with further marble clad bathroom
